Job Summary
Repair and maintain preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems including weight feeders, scales, conveyors, hot oil, steam, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot electrical, electronic systems, servo equipment, and PLCs using ladder logic. Perform metal fabrication, machining, and facility maintenance while managing parts inventory and supporting engineering on new product development. Conduct housekeeping duties to ensure a safe plant environment. This role requires lifting 50 pounds, working from heights up to 30 feet in a boom lift, and operating in confined spaces with full PPE. You must possess 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience across multiple plant utility systems such as boilers, chillers, and extrusion equipment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with industrial boilers
- Strong experience with air compressor systems
- Strong experience with hot oil systems
- Strong experience with chillers
- Strong experience with hydraulic systems
- PLC troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
