Job Summary
Review work orders and preventive maintenance schedules in Maintenance Connection to prioritize floor operations. Inspect automation cells for anomalies and execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs using PLCs, VFDs, and servo diagnostics. Isolate faults during process hiccups and manage inventory by identifying and documenting required spares. Partner with production teams to share best practices and mentor teammates while maintaining a safe, clean, and audit-ready work environment. Operate within a 7am–7pm shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance technician experience
- Proficiency across mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Strong with PLCs, VFDs, and servo systems
- Comfort with pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Own, maintain, and safely use your personal tool set
