Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical and electrical equipment, including predictive diagnostics via infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, and vibration analysis. Program, troubleshoot, and analyze control systems to resolve software and hardware configuration issues while operating metalworking tools such as lathes and drill presses. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings, source parts and engineered solutions, and update CMMS records and documentation. Train less proficient technicians, perform welding tasks, and prepare technical inputs for sales quotations and repair proposals. Maintain strict adherence to 5S standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations within a factory environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Associates degree with a Technical focus
- 7 years of related experience in specific industry
- 10 years of experience in specific industry
- Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations
- Proficiency in precision alignments
- Proficiency in maintenance of applicable process equipment
- Understanding of electrical systems
- Understanding of mechanical systems
- Understanding of fluid power systems
- Understanding of control systems
- Ability to analyze problems
- Ability to synthesize alternative solutions
- Ability to perform repairs
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Proficiency in using specialized tools
- Ability to travel
