Job Summary
Senior Industrial Engineer responsible for analyzing machining and assembly processes to design optimal manufacturing methods for safe, on-time production. Collaborates with quality, operations, materials, and development to resolve issues and perform root-cause analysis. Maintains labor routings and operator allocations, plans work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, schedules and delays. Performs work measurements to support health, safety, and performance improvements. Evaluates data and produces reports to validate deviations from standards and presents charts, graphs, and diagrams illustrating workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 5 years of industrial engineering experience or 9 years industrial engineering experience
