Job Summary
Develop robust solutions for current and prospective customers by identifying, analyzing, and implementing Lean Six Sigma initiatives and CIP projects. Scope, analyze, and measure strategic business objectives while guiding the organization through the S-Curve and managing change across multiple departments. Optimize warehouse and transport planning to drive supply chain efficiency, ensuring successful collaboration with Operations, EXCO, and top management. Requires a BSc in Industrial Engineering, five years in logistics, and expertise in Business Analysis, Change Management, and WMS/ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BSC / BEng (Industrial Engineer)
- 5 years or more relevant Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience
- 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma
- 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management
- Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning and design
- Development of BRS (Business Requirement Specifications)
- Development of SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
- WMS/ERP systems skills and experience
- TMS systems skills and experience
