Senior Industrial Architect

Lead project designs and direct architects and designers to complete architectural designs in accordance with accepted practices and company standards. Assist with and lead the development of contract documents, including Revit models, drawings, details, specifications, and installation scopes of work. Develop and maintain Revit standards, templates, and libraries while managing discipline project budgets using Work Breakdown Structures. Mentor subordinate personnel to facilitate a learning experience and supervise assigned project personnel to control productivity, resource hours, and adherence to predefined scope of services. Maintain accurate budget and schedule forecasts for evaluation and keep project correspondence files updated. Work with the Department Manager on team improvements, technology needs, sales strategies, and proposal development. Maintain positive client relations and develop potential work opportunities while adhering to safety standards and performing occasional industrial field work.
