Job Summary
Lead sourcing and procurement activities for capital equipment and indirect spend categories including manufacturing support, facilities supplies, and digital operations hardware. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to define technical requirements, execute RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements. Manage the full procurement lifecycle from request through purchase order issuance and supplier delivery while ensuring compliance with Federal Government regulatory environments. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues proactively, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Proactively communicate updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Experience purchasing capital equipment or indirect materials
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working in the Federal Government regulatory environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be a U.S. Person
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications

- Aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing experience
- Odoo knowledge
- Experience negotiating service agreements and equipment contracts
- Familiarity with CapEx budgeting processes
- Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and production environments
