Senior Indirect Buyer (Grecia, Manufacturing Site)

Job Summary
Senior Indirect Buyer responsible for end-to-end procurement activities including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchase order management. You will identify and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, and service criteria; manage supplier performance using key metrics; negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and contract terms to achieve cost savings; create and manage purchase orders in ERP systems; track spend against budgets and ensure contract compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of procurement experience, plus proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word. Role is onsite in Grecia, Costa Rica with remote/work-from-alternate-location flexibility and potential travel within assigned boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Experience using ERP systems for purchasing or procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
