Job Summary
Audit and reconcile daily revenue from all resort outlets, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, Golf, Retail, Recreation, and other centers. Verify accurate recording and posting of revenues by reviewing daily reports from the Property Management System, Point-of-Sale, and operating systems. Investigate discrepancies with department leaders and prepare daily revenue and management reports. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, reconcile credit card batches and merchant settlements, and oversee general cashier accounting including deposit verification and petty cash reconciliation. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures while providing cross-functional support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications

- Previous income audit experience is a plus
- Hospitality, resort, or hotel accounting experience
- Knowledge of hotel night audit and income audit processes
- Experience with Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar hospitality systems
- Familiarity with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience reconciling high-volume credit card and merchant settlements (e.g., Shift4, American Express)
- Exposure to accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes
