Job Summary
Senior Implementation Manager will own enterprise implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, translating practice call flows, scheduling rules, and specialty workflows into live AI-enabled agent configurations; coordinate IT/integration engineers and product teams to clear blockers, train front-office staff, execute go-lives, and hand off to account management with documented workflows and success metrics; build scalable implementation playbooks and tooling. Requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations, strong multi-stakeholder coordination, and excellent client-facing communication; onsite in Birmingham, AL with periodic travel to client practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or technical project delivery at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record running complex, multi-stakeholder implementations that involve technical integrations
- Strong project management discipline: plans, owners, dates, and the follow-through to hold them
- Comfortable with technical concepts — telephony, EHR/PM systems, APIs — and translating between practice staff and engineers
- Excellent client-facing communication; calm and structured when a go-live gets bumpy
