Job Summary
Senior Implementation Manager leads client implementations end-to-end, from Sales handoff through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams (Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) to deliver complex fintech/financial services deployments over 4–12 month engagements. Responsibilities include building tailored project plans, leading all client-facing touchpoints, translating client use cases into best-practice implementations, identifying risks early, maintaining product guidance for clients, and driving continuous improvements to the implementation process. Requires strong executive presence, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort working in a hybrid NYC environment with on-site and quarterly in-person requirements. Travel to client sites 1–2x per quarter. Bonus qualifications include fintech/banking experience, API integrations, and familiarity with Rocketlane/Jira/Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in implementation management or technical project management
- experience leading long-cycle enterprise engagements
- ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- strong executive presence with senior stakeholders
- travel to client onsites 1-2x a quarter
- hybrid work environment with onsite three times a week and quarterly remote onsite
- experience translating client use cases into best-practice implementations
- experience collaborating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering
