Job Summary
Conduct user testing management and reporting by triaging issues, tracking test execution progress, and challenging clients on change vs. defect to ensure development focuses on priority milestones. Deliver client training sessions by absorbing industry-leading APIs to prepare materials, plan delivery, and perform hands-on product demonstrations. Define upstream and downstream data integration mapping and suitable product configurations to support client business needs. Support the Implementation Manager in defining conversion strategies, executing runbooks, and ensuring mock conversions and go-live issues are reported and tracked to completion. Participate in production reconciliation using BDC to compare legacy output, prioritize rule definition improvements, and drive daily reporting. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to complete checklist activities, ensure on-time project implementation, and transition successfully into BAU.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 yrs experience as a conversions/implementation consultant, working on SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organisations
- corp actions experience
- Asset Servicing platforms (either in-house or vendor solutions) in a Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other financial environment
- Technical skill set in configuration, deployments, creating and applying data fixes, SQL and large data set analysis to support root cause triage
- Experience of large scale projects and solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and Governance
- Excellent attention to detail to enable accurate reporting
- deep technical skillset to be able to do data analysis using tools like SQL, BI, AI
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
