Job Summary
Senior Implementation Engineer to guide customers through the AES deployment, collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and fellow SIEs to drive adoption and value delivery of Altium’s AES. Leverages project management and deep product knowledge to train, coach, and support customers through the implementation, ensuring ongoing success post-deployment. Builds strong customer relationships, coordinates with Sales, TAMs, R&D and Technical Support to resolve issues, drive best practices, reduce churn, and enable expansion. Requires ability to travel up to 30% and a strong background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with PCB ECAD domain experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Experience with Altium or other PCB ECAD Library/component management required
- PLM expertise desirable
- Ability to engage customer at business level, drive alignment, and execution
- Ability to be highly effective in a matrix management organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to travel 30%
