Job Summary
Senior Implementation Consultant responsible for configuring Zenoti to meet customer processes, designing and setting up pilots/proofs of concept for large customers, performing data extraction/transform/load and data migration, identifying risks and driving mitigation, addressing customer issues to ensure satisfaction, staying current with product knowledge, developing data-migration tooling and maintaining documentation to ensure successful product implementations, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and key metrics while coordinating with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience implementing software systems
- hands-on experience in data transformation, system validation, and migration tasks
- deep knowledge of MS Excel
- working knowledge of database systems
- ability to use tools/scripts to transform data for setting up customer sites
- ability to innovate and develop tools to enhance the migration process
- experience with data migrations and data mapping
- basic knowledge of HTML/web design (nice to have)
- ability to adhere to quality checks for data migration integrity
- technology-centric background
- strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and ability to work across multiple projects
