Job Summary
Lead post-sale implementation consulting for enterprise manufacturing clients by conducting process assessments, facilitating customer meetings, and delivering training on Autodesk solutions like Inventor, Vault, and Plant 3D. Drive strategic transformation in factory planning and supply chain integration while developing detailed use cases and technical guidance to maximize technology value. Collaborate with sales and solutions architects to create customer proposals and resolve complex technical issues through joint problem-solving. Provide feedback to global product teams on customer experiences to inform future improvements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years' experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions such as PLM, ERP and MES in the automotive or manufacturing industries
- Understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis
- IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, databases
- Understand the business of the software industry
- Creative and good business sense
- Management skills in parallel project
- Communicative, flexible, responsible and able to demonstrate customer orientation
- Proficiency in Japanese and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Autodesk products such as Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, AutoCAD and Plant 3D
- Experience developing systems architecture, developing and testing codes and implementing solutions
- Experience developing custom modules using technical skills including programming knowledge
- Experience working with customers on a 3rd party solution or training customer's programmers on customizing Company solution
