Job Summary
Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits leads complex benefit implementations from initiation to go-live, serves as primary benefits contact for clients during implementation, provides expert guidance on configuration, eligibility rules, and carrier connections, mentors and supports junior consultants, collaborates with Sales, Payroll, Integrations, and other partners, and stays current on regulatory changes to ensure compliant, timely transitions to services. The role requires deep knowledge of employee benefit programs, benefit administration processes, and proficiency with HR systems (notably PrismHR); strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and ability to manage multiple high-difficulty client implementations with quality control and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in benefit implementation, benefit administration, or a closely related field.
- High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of experience, education, certifications, or training required.
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years related experience AND related certification preferred.
