Job Summary
Senior Implementation Consultant responsible for delivering end-to-end data integration and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in Azure and on-prem environments. Design architecture, lead delivery, mentor teams, deliver customer training, and maintain documentation. Requires strong data quality, ETL, SQL, Azure Data Factory/SSIS, REST/SOAP APIs, and customer-facing consultancy experience.
Required Qualifications
- Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across Azure and on-premise environments
- Analyse, extract, cleanse, transform, and manipulate data from multiple source systems
- Deliver high-quality, tested integrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS
- Lead architectural design and contribute to solution strategy for MDM implementations
- Manage end-to-end delivery of your projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met
- Deliver customer training and create clear documentation for data quality and system use
- Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders
- Communicate effectively across consultancy and wider business teams
- Identify and resolve customer issues, risks, and escalations
- Contribute to tender responses and support pre-sales activities where required
- Support and mentor team members, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reporting
