Lead new Box customer implementations by managing project plans, resources, and progress while executing designs for initial deployment and adoption. Translate customer use cases into End-To-End solutions by advising on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting large-scale data migrations. Collaborate with sales and CSM teams to define project scopes, prepare estimates, and strategize for future revenue growth. Simultaneously manage multiple projects, mitigate risks, and provide professional advice on business and technical requirements. Feed customer feedback to drive internal service improvements.
