Job Summary
Senior-level client-facing role leading and delivering StarCompliance implementations. Responsibilities include leading discovery and documentation of client-defined configuration requirements; developing and delivering Functional and Target Configuration Specifications; configuring the StarCompliance application per specifications; supporting initial rollout and adoption; delivering tailored client training and implementation support; facilitating user feedback and feature requests; identifying risks and coordinating with Professional Services, Relationship Management, Product Management, and QA to resolve issues; transitioning clients to Customer Support post-implementation; contributing to internal delivery frameworks; and collaborating across global teams to ensure client satisfaction. Requires strong stakeholder management, ability to translate requirements into clear documentation, and experience with enterprise software implementations in financial services; travel to client sites may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement within a technology or operations environment.
- Experience: Five years of client-facing Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant experience in software or information services.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence preferred.
