Job Summary
Manage data migrations, including Dynamo Accounting configuration, historical data, and go live preparations for new and existing licensing, hybrid, and fund administration clients. Analyze client fund LPAs to summarize key terms and identify implementation nuances, while assisting in template configuration and customization. Be a key player in managing the support inbox to respond to client and internal stakeholder inquiries, and recommend enhancements to Dynamo Accounting based on migration experience. Provide private equity related technical and accounting support to ensure successful transitions to go live status. This role supports the Implementation Manager within Dynamo's unified Accounting team, which serves over 1,000 clients managing $10 trillion in assets across venture, buy-out, and family office sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum BA in accounting
- Strong Excel skills
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of prior experience in investment partnership accounting
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Commitment to a high degree of customer service
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple client priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior financial software implementation experience
