Senior IMO Functional Integration Lead

Job Summary
Lead integration activities across the programme by applying deep functional expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, HR, Commercial, and IT to challenge, guide, and coordinate efforts within the Integration Management Office. Work alongside executive leadership to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-close integration for a complex carve-out acquisition in the medical device sector. Manage ambiguity and drive programme governance while influencing executive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 10+ years of relevant functional experience, with a degree and background in regulated manufacturing or medical devices highly desirable. Schedule includes 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, with additional evening and weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant functional role
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs or large transformation programmes
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
- Working additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet the demands of the role
Desired Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Experience within regulated manufacturing or medical devices is highly desirable
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent programme and project governance knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a complex integration environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
