Job Summary
Senior Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology to cover the Boston, MA area. Responsibilities include attaining sales objectives, presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech's immunology products to dermatology healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders; executing local marketing strategies; influencing decision makers to support product use; building customer relationships with key decision makers; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results. Requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver's license, ability to travel, and at least five years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare industries; preferred experience with injectable/infused products and immunology/dermatology knowledge. Salary range: $124,000 - $198,950 base annually. Location: Boston, MA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
- Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business to business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling injectable / infused products
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Dermatology field - highly preferred
- Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues
- Experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture is preferred
- Completion of Management Development course(s)
- Ability to travel as necessary to cover the Boston, MA geography
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic sales planning
- Data-driven selling and market knowledge
- Pharmaceutical sales experience to healthcare professionals or large accounts
