Senior Immobilienmanager / Senior Property Manager PLUS (m/w/d)

Manage comprehensive financial and operational administration for income houses and homeowners' associations, including lease accounting, payment monitoring, and billing for operating costs and housing allowances. Execute board resolutions, plan modernizations, and develop value-creation strategies with owners while steering maintenance projects and managing vendors.
