Job Summary
Senior Immigration Specialist focused on end-to-end mobility across relocation, immigration, and mobility tax for the AMER region. Own the immigration lifecycle for new hires and foreign-national employees, coordinate work visas and permanent residency, design technology-driven workflows for case management, monitor case status and vendor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement via automation and AI-enabled solutions. Provide guidance on visa strategy and local compliance to Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and hiring managers; conduct regulatory research and risk analyses; partner with immigration counsel and external vendors; leverage dashboards to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on global mobility immigration lead experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of U.S. non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1/OPT) and immigrant (green card) processes
- Experience with mobility platforms and HR systems integrations (case management tools, HRIS/payroll, vendor portals)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Data-driven mindset with dashboards, reporting, and metrics to influence decisions
- Experience using AI and automation tools for research, drafting communications, and process automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to independently manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR Ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Service Now)
- Comfort evaluating AI outputs and designing processes that safely integrate AI while ensuring accuracy and compliance
