Job Summary
Advise corporate clients on UK immigration matters, including sponsored work visas, right to work, and compliance. Prepare and submit visa applications while managing a full caseload efficiently. Act as the key point of contact for client accounts, conducting legal research, preparing reports, and participating in client reviews and presentations. Lead junior colleagues through training and development initiatives. Engage in business development activities, government liaison, and pro bono work as part of wider firm initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- UK Inbound immigration experience
- Experience in advising on corporate immigration matters, with a particular focus on sponsored work visas
- Confident advising client stakeholders and developing business
- Demonstrates proactivity and is highly organised with a strong client-facing background
- Holds strong technical capabilities and a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of the team
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
