Job Summary
Senior Imaging Specialist with responsibility to lead and guide a team of Imaging Specialists, manage daily production workflow (sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records to deliver quality digital images at target production rates), ensure compliance with Imaging Center guidelines and document security, and provide on-the-job training to maintain performance and quality. Requires 3+ years in a related role, strong imaging-process knowledge, leadership experience, and ability to obtain DoD T3 Secret clearance. Includes a starting hourly rate and potential additional pay, with a defined salary range and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume production, document management, or administrative environment, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of digital imaging processes, production tracking software, and PC-related products
- Proven ability in team leadership, attention to detail, and managing production output while maintaining quality work and working independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing and able to obtain a DoD T3 Secret Clearance (can take up to one year to get)
