Job Summary
Design, build, grow, automate, and continuously improve Danaher's global Identity Services ecosystem by identifying, recommending, and implementing innovative identity and access management solutions. Secure the service to protect customers, businesses, and brands by collaborating with Information Security to validate policies, configurations, and new threats. Lead migrations and integrations while mentoring support and operations teams through training, documentation, and site visits. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations like SOX, GxP, and GDPR by mitigating risks across the identity lifecycle. Work independently with minimal supervision to solve complex problems within global, virtual teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms
- Proficient in CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management
- Expertise in access governance
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR)
- Identifying and mitigating compliance risks
- Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies that align with organizational goals
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively collaborating within global, virtual teams
