Job Summary
Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the technical delivery of customer identity and identity modernization projects for enterprise clients. Serve as the primary technical lead for implementing Microsoft Entra ID, CIAM/B2C, federation, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance. Translate architectures into actionable implementation tasks; act as escalation point for complex identity/authentication issues; validate deliverables against security best practices and customer objectives. Support assessment of identity, authentication, and user experience challenges; design and support authentication integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; develop automation with PowerShell and Graph API; advise customers on identity modernization and customer access strategies. Partner with Project Managers to align delivery milestones, risks, and technical execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft identity and access management
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and cloud identity services
- Experience with CIAM/B2C solutions and external user authentication
- Experience implementing SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, automation, and scripting (PowerShell)
