Job Summary
Senior, high-visibility role owning identity and cloud security strategy and execution. Lead the enterprise identity architecture across cloud and SaaS ecosystems, implement identity-first security aligned to Zero Trust principles, modernize authentication and access control, establish scalable onboarding and governance patterns, and drive identity lifecycle management, privileged access, device trust, and conditional access controls. Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed secure access into workflows, support incident response related to identity misuse, contribute to audit readiness and regulatory alignment, and communicate security design frameworks across security, engineering, and business stakeholders. Hybrid role with onsite presence in the DC metro area (2–3 days/month) and openness to candidates in the DC, Philadelphia, and New York metro areas.
Required Qualifications
- CISSP certification required
- 8+ years of experience in identity, cloud, and enterprise security environments
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Azure-based identity platforms
- Strong command of modern authentication and federation standards
- Proven ability to design and scale secure identity architectures
