Job Summary
Senior IAM Engineer focused on multi-cloud identity management across Azure and GCP with SailPoint and PingFederate. Lead design and implementation of centralized RBAC, access governance, MFA, and least-privilege controls; drive automation via IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitLab); implement PAM/JIT workflows (CyberArk) and ensure governance across cloud environments. Role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, governance and incident leadership, and mentoring across teams. Strong background in IAM concepts, cloud security, and regulatory-leaning environments; experience across complex, multi-product landscapes and ability to translate requirements into strategic, executable plans.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in computer science, engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of experience in a global organization
- Strong hands-on technical skills with IT operations background in IAM and cloud
- Experience with SailPoint IQ Identity Governance and PingFederate
- Azure IAM/RBAC expertise and CAF alignment
- GCP IAM experience and multi-cloud governance
- Terraform IaC experience; CI/CD tooling (GitLab)
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Just-In-Time access
- Experience with validation environments and compliance (Computer Systems Validation)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and mentoring abilities
- Ability to work across diverse product squads and international teams
