Senior ICF Medical Writing Project Manager

Job Summary
Senior ICF Medical Writing Project Manager responsible for leading patient-centric medical writing projects with a primary focus on Informed Consent Forms (ICFs). Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documents for internal and external clients. Build client relationships, identify and resolve management issues, and develop/monitor/adjust project plans and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regularly communicate progress, escalate risks, ensure compliance with quality processes, and review performance metrics. Strong PM skills in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management; excellent written and verbal communication; knowledge of regulatory guidelines for patient-centric deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA (scientific discipline preferred) with at least 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in managing medical writing or clinical projects required
- Experience managing ICF content is advantageous
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: project management, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, communication, problem solving, negotiation, regulatory guidelines
