Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer, including BPEL and SCA components for service orchestration. Build and optimize message flows, data transformations, and service integrations while connecting IID solutions with middleware platforms, applications, and relational databases. Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues, ensuring high availability and participating in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning activities. Prepare technical documentation and stay updated with integration technology trends to recommend best practices aligned with enterprise architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Integration Designer (IID)
- Strong expertise in IBM middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere and IBM BPM
- In-depth knowledge of BPEL, SCA, and service-based integrations
- Solid experience working with SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and complex SQL queries
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related enterprise technologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance integration architectures
- Ability to optimize and fine-tune message flows and service orchestrations
- Ability to identify and resolve integration bottlenecks and system issues
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile environments
- Ability to apply best practices in integration, security, and performance tuning
