Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IBM DataStage Developer with at least 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will design, develop, and implement robust ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of data. Collaborating with analysts and architects, you will help shape our data integration approach while adhering to best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience with data modeling concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema).
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic Linux commands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Qualifications
- IBM Certified Solution Developer - InfoSphere DataStage
- Experience with other ETL tools or data integration technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell scripting or Python.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Familiarity with data quality tools and processes.
