Job Summary
Design and implement medium-scale security systems and solutions to develop or enhance new or existing security capabilities. Configure controls for security tools, deploy systems into existing infrastructure, and continuously monitor operations to mitigate and detect threats. Execute thorough testing in coordination with cross-functional teams and develop automated processes to streamline response activities. Partner with Cybersecurity and Technology teams on implementations, recommend process enhancements, and engage with vendors for product support. Maintain internal control standards, address audit points, and escalate risk-related issues to management. This role supports Data Loss Prevention, Detection, Identity and Access, Security & Network Infrastructure, Protection, and Cloud Engineering functions within the Bank's cybersecurity team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
- Combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience (in lieu of a degree)
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate understanding of the security system development and infrastructure lifecycle and architecture, and systems design
- Proven experience with the tools utilized in assigned Cybersecurity function
- Experience translating architecture into technical requirements
- Proficient level of critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience collaborating with leaders to execute results
- Prior experience seeking buy-in of others to align on processes
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions based on quantitative data from multiple sources
