Job Summary
Senior IAM Engineer Identity Governance and Administration within Mass General Brigham (MGB) Digital. Designs, implements, provisions, maintains, and supports IAM systems (IGA platforms) to deliver secure identity and access management across cloud and on-prem environments. Responsible for provisioning automation, integration of IGA with Digital services, migration from home-built IGA platforms to Saviynt and other IGA solutions, integration of Workday with the Identity Management platform, and leading IAM modernization initiatives. Requires collaboration across IAM and other groups, service-delivery optimization, 24x7 support readiness, and hybrid onsite/offsite work with occasional after-hours coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2-5 years of Identity and Access Management experience with emphasis on Identity Governance Administration
- Experience with Saviynt or other IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle, One Identity, Omada)
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying IGA solutions in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS; cloud IAM for Office 365, AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Workday
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or ticket processing; strong information security fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and cross-train teams
- Ability to participate in IAM on-call rotations
- Healthcare experience is helpful
