Job Summary
Senior IAM Engineer responsible for connecting target systems and cloud services with the IAM/IDM as part of integration projects, managing tickets and incidents, and serving as escalation point for access-management issues. You will define and maintain identity and access management policies, enforce role- and attribute-based access models on KION and cloud environments, support role maintenance and access lifecycle, implement integrated IAM lifecycle processes, enforce authentication/authorization for all users and services, contribute to security-innovation projects, and support audit evidence collection. A strong background in IAM design/implementation, SSO integration, cloud IAM technologies (Azure, Google, AWS), and security certifications is required.
Required Qualifications
- Years of Experience in implementing an identity and access management strategy
- Proven track record in access management processes
- Hands-on design and implementation of IAM platforms
- Experience with the integration of SSO with externally hosted vendor applications
- Strong understanding of Authentication methods and key IAM technologies deployed in cloud environments (Azure, Google, AWS)
- In-depth knowledge of the Identity lifecycle and service delivery models
- Up-to-date knowledge of current exploit techniques, vulnerability disclosures, data breach incidents, and security analysis techniques, with understanding of impact on security posture
- Security professional related certification - CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SANS or equivalent
