Job Summary
Design, validate, implement, and continue improvement of personnel assessment tools to support hiring and selection of personnel. Other duties as assigned. This role requires 10 years of experience in federal personnel assessment tools and a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology. Candidates must hold a Public Trust Clearance. The position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
