Senior I/O Psychologist/Psychometrician (Fully Remote)

Senior I/O Psychologist/Psychometrician to lead the design, validation, and continuous improvement of personnel assessment tools supporting federal hiring and selection. Responsibilities include conducting job analyses to identify critical duties and competencies, developing psychometrically sound assessment instruments, performing validity studies, and ensuring compliance with UGESP, OPM Merit System Principles, and Delegated Examining requirements. Provides expert consultation to HR specialists and hiring managers on evidence-based selection practices, designs assessment content (test items, scoring rubrics, structured interview questions, benchmarks, evaluation criteria, and rating scales), conducts pilot testing and reliability/validity analyses, analyzes adverse impact, prepares technical documentation, and supports training and calibration of SMEs. Also ensures secure handling of assessment materials in accordance with federal information security policies, and supports ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of tools and processes. Hybrid work schedule is available. Required: master’s degree in I/O Psychology and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
