Job Summary
As a senior hypotheekacceptant at ING Hypotheken, you will oversee the customer journey within the application process, ensuring the completion of client files and analyzing creditworthiness. You will engage with various types of customer dossiers while making decisions based on your observations in line with company policies. Strong responsibility, customer service focus, and teamwork in an Agile environment are crucial. A proactive attitude towards improving service and processes is essential, alongside motivating team members and offering constructive feedback.
Required Qualifications
- HBO work and thinking level
- Experience of 1-5 years in establishing business income
- In possession of WFT-Basis and WFT-Hypothecair Krediet
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
