Job Summary
Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and design advanced RPA solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate. Integrate AI/ML algorithms to enhance capabilities and optimize workflows, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers on best practices and oversee bot deployment, ensuring adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards. Configure environments, manage scheduling and error handling, and conduct thorough testing to guarantee accuracy and compliance. Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve efficiency, continuously assess new technologies, and propose innovative process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate and AI/ML
- Proficient in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360)
- Strong knowledge of RPA development tools like bots, Task Bots, MetaBot, IQ Bots / Document automation and Gen AI capabilities
- Good understanding about AI/ML algorithms and integrating them with RPA workflows
- Good knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with database integration, SQL Queries and working with APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex RPA issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes to translate them into automation workflows
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) or higher and Power Automate PL certification - PL500 is required
- Must Have: Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning new technologies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML, NLP, Deep learning, C#, Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Low code apps (e.g., out Systems) is an added value
- Exposure to Gen AI integrations, or Chatbot automation within A360
- Knowledge of other scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
