Senior Hydraulics & Fire Protection Engineer responsible for leading complex hydraulics and fire protection designs across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects in New Zealand; take ownership from planning through construction support, provide technical guidance and verification for peers, mentor engineers, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across national and Asia Pacific networks.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Professional registration or progress toward chartership preferred
- Demonstrated technical expertise within hydraulics and/or fire protection
- Experience leading technical delivery, coordinating workloads and verifying the work of others
- Strong construction monitoring and stakeholder engagement capability
- Sound commercial awareness including risk management, programme and budget considerations
