Job Summary
Senior HVAC Technician / Supervisor for residential and light commercial systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems; troubleshoot malfunctions and determine extent of repairs; oversee a small team of HVAC service, maintenance and install techs; work with owner on growth strategies and performance metrics; ensure safety and cleanliness of work area; maintain company vehicle and tools; perform on-site service Monday–Friday with option for weekend shift. QUALIFICATIONS: EPA 608 Universal License; 5+ years residential HVAC experience; strong troubleshooting and repair skills; ability to lead and supervise a team; effective communication in a team setting; physical ability to lift 50 lbs; valid tools; professional conduct. COMPENSATION: $34-$40/hour plus incentives; estimated $70,720-$83,200 annualized based on hourly rate; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance, signing bonus, profit sharing, commission in addition to hourly rate, company vehicle, take-home van, cell/iPad, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal License
- At least 5+ years Residential HVAC Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot service issues, repairs, and problems
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must lead a team and supervise
