Senior HVAC Technician

Senior HVAC Technician responsible for supporting local FM with managing all HVAC services per contract scope. Role includes repair, design, and monitoring of HVAC systems for Lachish site; requires advanced HVAC knowledge of chillers, chilled water, plumbing, pumps, air handlers, and refrigeration, with strong problem-solving skills. Will assist FM Lead by coordinating facilities team, handling service calls per SLA, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety guidelines; requires ability to interpret blueprints, vendor instructions, and to lead a team and communicate effectively in English.
