Senior HVAC Technician

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hotel HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, split A/C units, and cold rooms. Execute daily temperature readings for chillers and cold rooms, ensure sufficient spare parts inventory, and advise on system improvements to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operating costs. Assist chiller contractors on scheduled maintenance and maintain clean conditions in the plant room and workshop. Requires minimum two years of HVAC experience, hospitality background, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
