Job Summary
Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the HVAC/R Manager, ensuring c-store stores throughout the network remain maintained. Independently perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting using HVAC tools and multimeters, while providing your own tools unless specialty items are needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ability to train others while working autonomously on a 40-hour week. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work with ladders, and lifting 40lbs+. Possess 3-7 years of experience with EPA universal certification and trade school certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Trade School certificate
- EPA universal certification
- 3-7 years of work experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Ability to lift 40lbs+
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy
- Superior electrical / HVAC/ refrigeration and plumbing skill sets
- Ability to use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently
- Ability to work with/ on ladders
- Ability to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls
- Ability to perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to train and work with others
