Senior HVAC Service Technician

Lead field operations by traveling locally to service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and rooftop units. Combine technical expertise with team mentoring to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, and strong customer satisfaction. You will dispatch directly from home using a provided company vehicle. Requires a minimum of 10+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience, Universal EPA certification, and vendor and customer facing experience. OSHA and OEM certifications are a plus.
