Service high-efficiency HVAC systems in customers' homes while maintaining clean trucks, updated inventory, and accurate paperwork. Keep communication flowing with the team and dispatch, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent calls professionally. Train regularly and maintain certifications to ensure safety and excellence. Requires at least four years of HVAC experience, a safe driving record with no major violations, and strong communication skills. Top techs earn up to $35/hour plus monthly bonuses, incentives, and a company-supplied truck.
Required Qualifications
