Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs. Maintain professional customer service throughout the job. Requires 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, year-round work with pay of $32–$38 per hour plus a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
