Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about system performance and repairs. Deliver professional customer service throughout the job. Requires five years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in attics and crawlspaces. Full-time year-round schedule with weekend availability.
