Senior HVAC Project Devleoper

Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution. Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems to identify operational risks, deferred maintenance needs, and capital improvement opportunities. Partner with technical experts, designers, and contractors to develop solutions including HVAC modernization, building automation, electrification, and sustainability initiatives. Manage project teams and external resources to ensure accurate costing, constructability, and compliance with codes and standards. Develop compelling business cases by assessing lifecycle costs, funding strategies, and return on investment. Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer presentations and design reviews, leading workshops to prioritize capital investments based on business objectives and sustainability goals. Manage project transitions through coordination with Pre-Construction and Project Management teams while supporting the onboarding of new team members. Some travel within the Midwest is required, including occasional overnight stays.
